About Justin Clark

My Counselling Approach

Hi, I’m Justin, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #24923 with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors) offering individual and couples therapy in Surrey and White Rock, BC. My priority is to provide a warm, affirming environment where you can feel truly recognized and supported, whether you are seeking support individually or as a couple. If you’re currently feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, please know that you don’t have to navigate these challenges by yourself.

Throughout my practice, I have been dedicated to supporting a diverse range of clients, including teenagers, young adults, adults, and seniors. I am also deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive care for BIPOC communities and other diverse populations, ensuring that every individual’s unique lived experience is honored.

I specialize in relationship counselling, holistic sex therapy, and helping people build greater resilience and well-being. My practice is grounded in evidence-based methods like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Attachment Theory. Above all, I have a deep belief in the innate strength of people and their capacity for growth. I would be honored to meet you where you are and support you on your journey toward healing.

What we will do together

In our work together, we’ll focus on making sense of your emotions, navigating challenges around intimacy and identity, and building lasting, meaningful change in your life and relationships. Together, we’ll expand your emotional vocabulary and, at a pace that feels right for you, start turning insight into real, sustainable shifts.

My approach is holistic and sex-positive, and I value the uniqueness of each person’s story. I know intimacy—whether with yourself or others—can sometimes feel out of reach, leading to pain or disconnection. Together, we can navigate those “big stuck” moments with compassion and clarity so you can reconnect to yourself and the people who matter most.

This is a space where all are welcome. I work with individuals and couples of all genders, sexual orientations, ethnicities, ages, and abilities. Your identity, experiences, and story matter here, and they will always be met with respect and care. Supporting mental health and personal growth is not only my profession, but also my passion. I bring compassion, curiosity, and authenticity to every session to ensure you feel safe, supported, and truly understood.
